I am your “Unfiltered” Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Owner of Essence of LYFE Wellness and Therapy PLLC. I believe that Learning YOUR Feelings and Emotions is foundational to overall wellness. Regainig and maintaining your power is vital.
In 2017, I began my journey as a Social Worker, I have worked in several capacities. i have dedicated my time to support children and families. I also work with young adults and students. Additionally, I support the elder-fashionably wise population with transitioning into their new and improved LYFE-style.
During my spare time, I enjoy merging in the essence of nature. Photography and creative writing is grounding for me. Its therapy! I realized that therapy does not always have to be “traditional”
